UNA CONSTRUTORA started its work in the city of Passo Fundo, RS, with the intention of innovating in the niche of high standard enterprises. Already in the first venture in 2009, the construction company began its history by marking the names of the ventures with grape varieties. The first was the Villa Carmenère Residential, then came the Villa Malbec, the Assemblage, the Syrah, the Tannat and other launches. The market was so receptive that, in a short time, the company stood out and grew considerably. Currently it has more than 70 employees and several partner companies.
UNA has 11 years of history, and in all its trajectory, it values ethics, exclusivity, personalized work and especially the desire of its customers. The company is close to reaching the 80 thousand square meters mark in projects, with 5 works delivered, 3 under construction and 256 units sold.
In October 2020, Construtora will deliver its first commercial development, the UNA Business Center, where it will be the future headquarters of UNA in the city center. The UNA Business Center impresses with the authenticity of its architecture, and is already considered one of the best Business Centers in the interior of the state.
