MANLOG: National reach!

In 10 years of national-wide operation, with headquarters in the city of Goiânia, Goiás (Brazil), and branches in Brasília (Federal District), Jundiaí – São Paulo and Recife – Pernambuco, and over R$90 million (Brazilian Reais) revenue in 2020, and the expectation to double that amount in 2021, Manlog has become a success case in the transport sector in Brazil.

The company owns a modernized fleet and monitored intelligence management in real-time; the over two hundred company’s vehicles are impressive through their technology that comprehends live cameras and sensors that detect multiple nonconformities and generate consolidated data that guarantee excellence management.

One of the main objectives of the shipping company – in addition to fast and uncomplicated solutions to a wide range of clients – is to protect and offer life quality and security to the over 200 drivers and administrative personnel.

Sustainability: clean energy!

The concern with people and the environment is such that Manlog acquired vehicles 100% electric to promote the mobility of its staff. The sustainable initiative already rendered good results and accomplishes an economy of R$ 400 (Brazilian Reais) monthly for every professional, in addition to the unsurmountable physical and emotional benefits.

Manlog is original from Goiás state (Brazil) and has already neutralized 40 tons of CO² in 60 days and aims to exceed 500 tons in a year.

“Those who took the bus now travel in the comfort of a silent car equipped with air conditioning; those who spent with fuel, insurance, and taxes, now can save money and invest in their careers. Who got home late, now gets home on time and enjoys time with the family. It is most satisfactory.” states Fabricia, Human Resources Manager in Manlog.

In addition to the sustainable policy of Manlog, more than 30 trucks are 100% electric, among regular and refrigerated vehicles that already neutralized over 40 tons of CO² in 60 days. According to projections by Amppli Technology (a start-up that promotes the carrier’s intelligence management), a cumulative total of more than 500 tons a year is expected, as new contracts are consolidated for the coming months.

New Businesses: Let’s fly together?!

With an eye on an increasingly digital, interactive, and practical consumer, Manlog also added new solutions to its transport, logistics, distribution, and storage services. Manlog Loc, a 100% electric logistics and passenger vehicle leasing start-up, and Manlog In Box, the newest solution in dispatching small loads and parcels with the promise of fast delivery.

The insurmountable opportunities opened the doors to the creation of a group of companies called MOVAH!, that in addition to the brands Manlog, Manlog Loc, Amppli Technology, and Fresh Marketing, also adds a new transport company, Wingslog, with over 15 years in the market and specialized in consolidated cargo logistics.

The success only is real when it is shared!

In recent months, Manlog has already accumulated the FazLog award, for best carrier in the Carrefour group, in addition to receiving the certification of the best company to work for by the Great Place To Work consultancy, a title awarded by the vote of each employee.

“Manlog changed my perception of leadership. Here I have more autonomy to work professionally.” Keila – Quality Manager

“The work environment is good, and everyone is available to help. The technology is also our great ally, makes our routine a lot easier.” Marina – Financial Assistant

“Manlog has changed my life. It is a human company, that treats everybody equally and offers opportunities. We don’t have a boss, we have a friend.” Paulo Renato – Logistics Analyst

With investments focused on a fleet powered by alternative fuels, reforestation actions, valuing the diversity of people and projects, Manlog works to be a 100% sustainable company by 2030.
